Refund and Returns Policy

1. No return no refund
   Only exchange for online order purchase (website)
   The return charges will be the customers
   For returns they will have to connect with soski team through email care@soski.co.in
   Return without notifying the team will not be accepted
   The items should be in their original condition,unworn and with tags and in original packaging
2. No return , no refund and no exchange for custom orders.
3. Shipping charges bourne by the customer for custom orders
4. Free alternations available for custom orders so if there is a alternation need and order is shipped back to soski studio from customer for alteration then it will also be bourne by the customer. Please email at customise@soski.co.in or call 8585979723 for customisations.

No exchanges on sale or damaged items as goods will be inspected thoroughly before shiping out. If there is a damage from the soski team side then it has to be notified to the team within 48 hours Of recieving the package.
